BRIEF ON PATIENT MR. SUBHASH SINGH

Dear Sir,

The following is brought in the kind notice of good self for consideration of monetary help to the above said person. As directed, it has been checked and verified that the above said patient met with road accident on 29 Aug 2020 at around 0800 pm and was taken to SPS Hospital for emergency treatment but later on the family took discharge due to heavy expenses at SPS Hospital on 30 Aug 2020 and taken the patient to PJI, Chandigarh.   

In PJI he was admitted for 15 days and later on was advised for medicine and physiotherapy. As per the narration of SHO Jamalpur and Mr. Roop Singh (Who is a relative of Subhash Singh) the savings which was done on medical treatment has been exhausted. They also informed that where the patient was working (GPK Knitwear, Swatantara Nagar, Jodhewal Basti) has helped with a cash of Rs 20000/- the day accident occurred but later on company did not helped as the patient was working from last five to six month only from the date of accident.

Somehow the patient came in contact with some advocate of Chandigarh who requested ADCP-4    Mrs. Rupinder Kaur Sran to look into the help of patient from some NGOs or an industrialist. Hence, ADCP-4 sent SHO to our company to extend help.

Further it is also submitted that the backgrounds of individual was also checked and it has been found that individual is staying at New Shimlapuri with his family consisting of Wife , Daughter and Son at brother’s residence as he does not have his own house as verified by our team Mr. Updesh. Individual’s wife is a house wife and look after the bed ridden husband and his daughter and son are studying at Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jallandhar and Govt. College Bangana (HP) respectively. At present there is no earning member. Patient has two brothers, one is running a small shop at Dhuri line (Karyiana Shop) and other one is working in some factory, out which one brother is staying separately and does extending help. Individual is basically from Himachal Pradesh but staying in Ludhiana from last 30 yrs. It is a genuine case.
