GRANT AND SANCTION OF AID TO POLICE CHOWKI JEEWAN NAGAR INDUSTRIAL AREA, LUDHIANA

Dear Sir,
 
This refers to discussion with good self on the above-cited subject for a few works to be carried out at the said Police Chowki where the total expenses will be approx Rs 67306/- for the following works
 
  1. Providing of Pavers and Curve Stones (1614 Sq ft Pavers & 60 running ft Curve stone)
  2. Sand- 60 Cubic
  3. Police Chowki Jeewan Nagar (Hoarding) - one pcs
  4. Directional Board with iron frame with our company Brand Name-  04 pcs
 
Hence, good self is requested to approve the above work and sanction the amount. 
 
Further, it is intimated that the undersign has discussed with Mr. Sanjeev Jindia too about the procurement of materials and items. He has asked that in which account the said expenses will be booked. Kindly advise, please.
